Volcano Vaporizer Replacement Parts

Volcano Vaporizer Parts

The popular Volcano Vaporizer has basically three parts: the conical hot air generators, the valves and the balloon bag to trap and store the resulting vapors.

The valves are of two types:  Easy Valve and Solid Valve. These are used for either the Volcano Digital or the Volcano Classic conical hot air generators, effectively giving the consumers a choice of four vaporizer sets.

But whichever choice you make, there is no difference as far as vaporization features are concerned.

Volcano Vaporizer Easy Valve Set

As the name suggests, the Easy Valve enjoys easy handling with little maintenance work.

The Easy Valve was developed from user comments and suggestions for a fast and more convenient way to use either of the two Volcano hot air generators.

You don’t have to clean the valve and mouth piece. You only need to replace them outright after they’ve seen better days.

The Easy Valve is best used with the more recent Volcano hot air generators sporting a black seating, which it’s optimized precisely for it.

Volcano Vaporizers manufactured since 2006 have this type of vent. The filling chamber on the Easy Valve “clicks” perfectly on its black seat.

But you still can use the Easy Valve on older models which have a grey colored vent. You just won’t hear a “click” and it doesn’t lock perfectly as in the newer black vents.

Volcano Vaporizer Solid Valve Set

This is the original valve that went into the production of either Digital or Classic hot air generators.

It comes with accessories such as cleaning brush, normal screen set, liquid pad for heating liquids and an extra roll balloon where the vapor is collected and stored.

The Sold valve itself consists of sub-assembly parts that use these accessories:

  • Filling Chamber for Herbs: is designed to hold a small amount of herbs you intend to have vaporized.

  • Filling Chamber for Liquids: is designed to hold liquids and oils for vaporization.  This is where the liquid pads apply and need to be cleaned or replaced after each use.

  • Mouthpiece: this is attached to the balloon to seal off the vapor being collected into the balloon and used for your inhalation through the mouth.

  • Filling Chamber Insert: is an assembly that contains the upper screen to trap herb particles from getting into the valve.

  • Screen Set: this is either Normal or Fine meshed steel screens positioned in the chamber insert that may be cleaned or replaced after each use.

A consumer needs to be bit more patient and informed on how to put together the parts and accessories of the Solid Valve as well as how to clean them properly.

Each of the accessories that come with the solid valve set is sold for your convenience
